I think the quality of the ropes is not bad but they are extremely overpriced imo. Also, if you are working indoor the ropes will dent your wooden floor! There is an accompanying app which was free (and hence I justified myself buying the ropes in the first case, and not all the workouts in the app are free now)
Nonetheless, there is a fb group as well and they severely moderate all the posts in case your are discussing other jump rope brands and/or some of the negative aspects of using crossrope. I really dislike this kind of moderation!
After not receiving the product, I promptly emailed customer support.
They immediately shipped out a new product to a local FedEx distribution location. I received the product in 2 days. I received excellent service.
Please note the feedback is regarding the return policy for UK customers, will suggest you don't bother ordering, because if the item is sent from the US via DHL and you need to return the item you will have to cover the DHL cost which can buy one cross rope. This tactic is underhanded by the company. Why would I pay a return cost which is equivalent to the price of one Jump rope.
Please beware if you're ordering from UK
Great product, even better customer support.
There was an issue with the shipping of my order and they immediately made it right.
This is a company that cares about their customers.
Ok, I love jump roping but must say their ropes are cool but don't last. They get damaged so quickly no matter where you jump carpet, mat nice floor it doesn't matter. I had to purchase few so I can replace the damaged ones. The only thing I love is the fancy handles and this is why I keep purchasing otherwise I wouldn't. So, if you jump like me everyday this rope will be good but literally for two weeks and then you will need to buy extra rope so it will be adding up $$$
